 Alsace Winemakers since 1762...
At the foot of the Vosges, just below the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, the Biecher family established their wine cellar in the village of Saint-Hippolyte in 1762.
The family owns vineyards in the middle of Alsace, and each generation has contributed to prosperity of the company. The company, run by Robert, Olivier and Benoit, are among the top 5 Alsatian wine companies, with a total annual volume of 12 million litres.
The Biecher winery employs 25 people, and thereby contributing to the economy of Saint-Hippolyte. We supply some of the leading European supermarket chains, and we are well represented in the Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch and Belgian markets.
With our quarter bottle range (187 ml), we also proudly supply several major airline companies. The strong relationship that we built over the years with out clients, has allowed us to complete our range of Alsace wines, and to add wines from other French regions as well as New World wines. The wines are selected by our in-house laboratory, and then bottled by us. Our expertise, quality control and focus on time, allow us continued growth each year.

With our 3 automatic bottling lines, we can offer a wide range of product:
- 750ml Bottles (or 1000ml): Alsace, Burgundy or Bordeaux shape, natural or synthetic cork or even screwtop.
- Bag-in-Box : 3litres
- Quarter bottles (187,5ml or 250ml): Alsace, Burgundy or Bordeaux shape, green or white color, glass or PET.
